• Orders begin processing after design approval and full payment.

• Standard production time is 10–15 business days (may vary based on quantity and customization).

• We offer nationwide shipping across Canada and international shipping upon request.

• Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or selected logistics partners.

• Shipping times depend on location and carrier, typically:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days after dispatch

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • Other international destinations: Varies by region

 

3. 💰 Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, and package size.

• Final shipping cost is shown at checkout or included in your custom quote.

• Large bulk orders may qualify for discounted or free shipping — ask when requesting your quote.
